The Jovial Way
Jovi Frost’s passion for event design was sparked in her childhood, inspired by the joy her parents created through celebrating even the smallest moments. Growing up in an environment where every achievement or occasion was made special instilled in her the belief that life itself is worth celebrating. This core value became the driving force behind Jovial Signature Party Services, as Jovi and her team strive to help others create events that reflect joy and celebration. In May 2023, while pursuing her Entertainment Management degree at Missouri State University (set to be completed in December 2024), Jovi founded her business with a focus on balloon décor. Her vision expanded rapidly, and by October 2023, Jovial secured its home at 1918 E Seventh Street, acquiring the extensive inventory from Legacy Events, solidifying its foundation. A huge thank you, goes to Jef and Misty Frost, Jake, Madi, and Jaxson Hamilton, and Joe Jasper, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in this journey. Inspired by Psalm 118:24, which reminds us to "rejoice today and be glad in it," Jovi believes in celebrating every day, and at Jovial, we are passionate about helping others create joyful, unforgettable events.

Our motto at Jovial Signature Party Services is “To Life,” inspired by the beautiful Jewish phrase "L'Chaim," meaning "to life." In Jewish culture, every moment, whether big or small, is celebrated with enthusiasm and love. Their celebrations are known to last for days, filled with dancing, joy, and tradition, embodying the spirit of celebration.
